Emotional Work Meets Sacred Ceremonies

Welcome to a 3-day spring retreat in Portugal from April 24-26, where ancient indigenous wisdom intertwines with modern therapeutic practices. This experience combines gentle yet profound emotional processing with sacred, deep, and celebratory ceremonies, creating an exceptional journey of transformation, discovery, and healing.

At the heart of the retreat are multiple group and individual emotional therapeutic sessions using the Story Deconstruction Method, along with two Sacred Ceremonies featuring Natural Medicines from the Amazon Rainforest. These are complemented by sharing circles, shamanic movement, nourishing meals, and a sanctuary-like natural environment in a beautiful villa near Lisbon.

We prioritize safety, embody a trauma-informed approach, and emphasize the importance of preparation and integration for this experience. From individual pre-retreat sessions to group integration circles, we provide personalized support in a small group setting throughout the journey.
