The potential of Psychedelic therapy
a long term Integration Approach

We are at the dawn of a new era of working with mental health and wellness. Psychedelics have created a long awaited ingress with endless possibilities but also dangerous potholes. We have seen the need for ethics, safety and sound long term therapeutic strategies to ensure integration and sustainability. Over the past decade, we have developed an integration approach to ensure optimal care for clients and to provide practitioners with a solid framework. “The future of psychotherapy lies within psychedelics”, said Bessel Van Der Kolk (The Body Keeps the Score) in a recent interview with The New York Times. We agree, but we need safe, structured yet inclusive forms of working (psychotherapy, healing and indigenous wisdom) - where integration is much more than a buzzword.

Both practitioners and clients are needed in this conversation.

Why is integration important?

Welcome to our community and conversation, where we approach the subject of psychedelics with a nuanced perspective. While psychedelics are not a panacea, they can serve as catalysts for personal transformation. It's vital to recognize that the true source of healing lies within you, and the key lies in activating your innate self-healing mechanism.

Recent research underscores the potential of psychedelics to open a transformative "window." This phenomenon capitalizes on neuroplasticity, the brain's remarkable capacity to rewire itself, yielding enduring shifts in emotional, cognitive, and behavioral realms. Navigating this window necessitates several components:

A. Cultivating awareness of foundational concepts and charting your desired path.

B. Equipping yourself with effective tools and collaborating with skilled therapists in the pre and post-journey.

C. Engaging within a supportive community for mutual inspiration and shared growth.

Our comprehensive integration approach facilitates this journey. Through it, we focus on awareness, personalized tools, and tailored therapeutic options. Moreover, we provide a nurturing community that fosters a profound sense of belonging. Together, let's embark on a structured, clear and compassionate path to personal evolution.

Rick Doblin, Ph.D. MAPS

“The most important thing is to properly train psychedelic therapists. The treatment is really the human relationship, the therapy. Psychedelics make the therapy more effective.”
